Surviving the quarantine with the Proaction Lab: Even more Podcasts!

Do you enjoy a nice talk with your friends? Do you crave for new insights on several topics? Do you always want to leran something new? We have today two podcasts you can listen to anywhere, at you own pace. Even if you're not into neuroscience that much, we got you too.

The first podcast suggestion of this Friday (13th post of this series) is 45 Graus (45 Degrees). It is a big collections of very informative episodes covering many different topics such as (inevitably) COVID-19, economy, politics, science, science communication and pseudoscience and many others. The talks are quite long are not probably the best choice for backgroud noise. If you are not comfortable with the topic, it can be hard to keep up sometimes. Nonetheless, José Maria Pimentel is a good communicator and tries to keep the conversations accessible. Oh, in case you did not get it, it is in Portuguese. Follow 45 Graus on iTunes and Spotify

The next one is a neuroscience podcast from Australia. Everyday Neuro is a podcast series by Dr Janine Cooper interested in the "fascinating fields of neuroscience, neuropsychology and the human brain". Cooper interviews experts in neuroscience, going through recent evidence on many topics and aiming to give some interesting information about how the brain works to her followers. There are currently 17 episodes (15-30 minutes each) covering memory, anxiety, learning and development, brain ijuries, etc. You can list to Everyday Neuro episodes on their website.
